Other times, your home may need more extensive services. We visit your home for approximately 20 minutes, with no obligation to you. This is our complimentary visit where the condition of the home is taken into consideration. We take photos and get the feel and style of the property, and who your target market is. We then go back to our office and build a proposal, with all services and costs itemized and email this to you within 24 hours of viewing your property. We will make sure that bed linens have all their cushions in place, the bathroom towels are folded or rolled to perfection and everything is looking as amazing as the day we staged your home. It's all in the details. If at any time you feel the property needs refreshing, we will be happy to accommodate you. There is no charge for this service, just good will.
