PROPOSAL
Exit Stage Right offers a complimentary proposal, where we stop by your property for about 20 minutes, to get a sense of the magnitude of staging your property.  We will take some before photos, and will get back to you within 24 hours with a written proposal for the cost of staging your home for sale, or the cost of redesigning to live.

CONSULTATION
The consultation is a thorough look at your home.  The duration of the visit is up to 2 hours.  During this visit, we will walk through your property with you, starting with the curb appeal, and give you suggestions on how you can improve your home to look its best at the open house.  We will take before photos and go through each room of your home, making suggestions on improvements to your home which will give it that WOW factor.  At the end of the tour, we will give you our handwritten report.  This report will include items such as:

  • suggested paint colours for home staging
  • possible repairs to complete
  • window covering solutions
  • depersonalizing strategies
  • hand drawn sketches of floor plans with furniture rearrangement suggestions
  • deciphering the focal point
  • defining the function of a multi-purpose room
  • storage solutions
  • forwarding names of dependable tradespeople, such as painters, landscapers
  • discussing rental furniture solutions

You now have the option of doing the work yourself, armed with valuable information from your consultation, or you may prefer to "leave it to the experts" and hire Exit Stage Right to take care of staging your home for you. 
Consultation rate:  $225 flat rate for up to 2 hours consultation.

STAGING TO SELL
Staging to sell is when all the pre-work such as depersonalizing, painting and repairs has been completed.  Exit Stage Right usually takes one day to come in and physically stage your house for sale.  This would be when we work our magic, by rearranging furniture, hanging artwork, creating inviting spaces and vignettes and generally adding the WOW to WOW factor.  We offer a reasonable rental package, on a monthly basis, for all accessories and artwork we may bring in.  We also offer shopping/sourcing services where we will purchase items such as towels and bedding on your behalf, that you can then keep and use in your new home.  Any pre-arranged rental furniture would arrive on this day and be incorporated into what you already own. 
Staging to sell rate:  $100 per hour approximately (usually a one-day stage).  This rate does not include the cost of rental furniture, accessories or shopping/sourcing fees.

STAGING VACANT PROPERTIES
Staging vacant properties happens after any pre-work is completed, such as re-painting or repairs.  Exit Stage Right works on your blank canvas, creating an enticing environment with rental furniture and accessories.  You may also be interested in hiring us for our shopping services.  A consultation is not required for this service.
Staging vacant properties:  $100 per hour approximately (usually a one-day stage).  This rate does not include cost of rental furniture, accessories or shopping/sourcing fees.

REDESIGN TO STAY
Exit Stage Right offers redesigns aimed at people who are not immediately planning to sell their homes, but who wish to live in a much improved environment.  We work with your existing items.  Our team will come in and rearrange your furniture, re-hang artwork, and showcase your belongings to look their very best.
Redesign Rate:  $100 per hour - redesign could take either 1/2 day or a full day, depending on number of rooms being redesigned.

MOVE-IN SERVICE
Moving into a new property can be overwhelming.  Let us help you create the most effective furniture placement for traffic flow, or to show off focal points.  Move-in service rate:  $100 per hour

PERSONAL SHOPPING
When staging your home, it is always preferable to have nice, clean linens, bedding, artwork.  Let us purchase items for you, for you to keep when you move into your new home.  $75.00 per hour
