Real Estate Staging Vs. Staging To Sell

A home that is staged to sell is often a home that is overstaged. You’ve probably seen it before, but you may have not been able to verbalize it.

It makes the property look like there is a dinner party in progress, but there is no one home (creepy). Do that and a lot of your prospects will feel like they’re being had.

Real Estate Staging, on the other hand, is more about making the buyer experience the joy of living on the property, before they even buy.

Get a prospect to do that, and you won’t be able to pry them away from the property. That’s how bidding wars are started.
